You agree that:

• You are fully responsible for any content you host, link to, embed, or make accessible via your subdomain.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright, privacy, and consumer protection laws.
• You will ensure that your linked content does not harm the Service, its users, or third parties.

5. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not use the Service to host, link to, or promote:

• Pornographic content
• Illegal content of any kind
• Copyright‑infringing material
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Phishing, scams, or fraudulent activity
• Hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Extremist or violent content

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes prohibited content.

We may suspend or terminate your account or remove your subdomain at any time, with or without notice, if:

• you violate these Terms
• your content poses legal, security, or reputational risk
• we receive a valid legal complaint
• we decide to discontinue the Service

You may delete your account at any time.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service, its owners, and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from: your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third‑party rights.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or error‑free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data, revenue, or profits; damages arising from user content or third‑party links; or unauthorized access to your account or data.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months (or USD $0 if you use the free version).
